Hello, this is ElecQUA.
Following a Samsung One UI update, we identified an issue that caused the ElecQUA app to close while running on some Galaxy devices.
Android app version 1.1.18, which addresses this issue, is now available on Google Play.
If you have not yet updated the app, please update ElecQUA to the latest version through Google Play.
If Google Play shows Open instead of Update, the latest version is already installed.
